Harmony School of Endeavor students showcased their scientific talent at the Greater Austin Regional Science and Engineering Fair (GARSEF) this past weekend. They brought home 15 gold medals, three silver medals, two bronze medals, and three special awards. GARSEF, one of Texas’ largest regional science fairs, featured more than 3,000 third through 12th-grade students. The competition provided a platform for young innovators to present their research, develop problem-solving skills, and gain recognition for their projects. In addition to the medalists, four students received special awards:
“We are incredibly proud," said Merve K. Gokgol, M.Sc., GT/STEM coordinator and science instructor, who praised the students for their dedication. “This outstanding achievement reflects their passion for scientific inquiry, problem-solving, and innovation,” Gokgol said. “We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all participating students for their incredible efforts and remarkable projects. A huge thank you to our dedicated teachers, mentors, and parents for supporting them every step of the way.” |
